The basis on which LearnLoom Consultants provides this website, and what it is not.
Who provides the site
This website is published by LearnLoom Consultants of Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR, an independent recruitment agent for London School of Planning and Management (LSPM). It is not published by LSPM, OTHM, Qualifi or Ofqual, and none of them has approved or is responsible for its contents.
The publisher is not the provider
We are not the provider of any programme described here. We do not teach, assess, admit, certify or set fees. If you enrol, your contract for the course is with [LSPM legal entity name], on LSPM's learner agreement, which sets out fees, refunds, conduct, appeals and everything else that governs your studies. Nothing on this site forms part of that contract, and nothing here is an offer to enrol you.
My commercial interest
LSPM pays us a fee when a learner we introduce enrols. Links from this site to LSPM are therefore commercial links and are marked as sponsored. Fees quoted to you are LSPM's published fees; we add nothing to them.
Accuracy
We keep qualification facts in line with the awarding bodies' current specifications and the Ofqual register, and we date each review. Specifications change and there can be a lag before a page catches up; where a page and a specification differ, the specification governs. Anything we say about how LSPM teaches, sequences, supports or charges for a programme is our understanding at the time of writing and must be confirmed by LSPM in writing before you rely on it.
Progression
Statements about progression to university describe routes that exist in principle. Admission with advanced standing is always at the discretion of the receiving institution, and we make no representation that any particular university will admit you.
Intellectual property
The editorial on this site is the copyright of LearnLoom Consultants. Qualification titles, unit titles and specifications belong to the awarding bodies and are reproduced with attribution to describe the qualifications. You may quote short extracts with a link to the source page.

Governing law
This site is addressed to learners in the United Kingdom, and we hold ourselves to UK consumer and advertising rules in what we publish here even though LearnLoom Consultants is registered in Hong Kong. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Your contract for a programme is governed by LSPM's learner agreement, not by this page.
